Patrick Olson (aka The Spiking Viking), one of the most loyal fans of the Minnesota Vikings. A frequent visitor of the VikingVan,
we are some of his biggest fans. Wildly popular and always a Viking fan first, he'll always stop and pose for a picture, and it's appreciated!
Many people don't realize that The Spiking Viking was honored as the 2002 Viking Fan of the year,
with a plaque honoring him at the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH. He's also a member of the Pro Football Ultimate Fan Association,
an association that promotes the fellowship of all fans, sportsmanship and the continued support of charitable activities!
Some things to remember when meeting The Spiking Viking:
1. Don't touch the face, yes the makeup will rub off.
2. Yes, his head gets cold in the winter and no, the makeup doesn't keep him warm.
3. You can touch the hair, but please ask first.
4. He'll often have 93x promotional items to hand out, don't be shy, just ask!
